The service rep called me at home very quickly to let me know the diagnostic results and what work should be done and the expected time frame. Loaner car was offered and easily obtained. 4.0"We had issues getting our 2011 ALL4 Countryman to start for over a week. We took it to your service center and they could find nothing wrong with it. Of course it started every time for them. Seems to me that how advanced cars are these days you would be able to retrieve data from the car to sort out the issue with it. We live 2 1/2 hours away which makes it a little more of a challenge." 5.0"The service and bumper repair on my Hardtop were completed much faster than anticipated. Ashley coordinated the service and bodywork in advance. Mick was very professional in handling the service visit and called as soon as the work was completed. I truly appreciated the willingness of MINI of Grand Rapids to provide a loaner vehicle. This makes working with a dealer 76 miles away from my home feasible. I requested a Countryman as a loaner, if possible, and MOGR delivered. Once my car was in service they determined that my car needed further service and that it would need to stay overnight and I was offered a loaner car.
